I have added a function called power points in Punkbuster on our game server. This allows to give players some points based on their guid so they get automatically their power points when they login on server.
25 points = Basic admin powers (soldiers)
50 points = Admin powers (elite)
99 points = supreme admin powers (leaders)
Here are the commands each admin can apply :

Many ppl had issues with ventrilo so I set up a TeamSPeak server :

IP = 88.191.77.214:8780

Server is Public and not passworded but has 2 private channels for wars and trainings. Ask password to your teammates.

Our servers (cod4 public and private + ventrilo) are back online after 3 days off.

They were turned off automatically for security reasons after a spoofing attempt was detected on the dedicated machine. Now problem is fixed I could get them back online.

So I turned off the TeamSpeak server I was hosting on another machine as we can use ventrilo again.

Skull&Bones has been divided in 2 squads : Elite and Soldiers.

1st Elite members were chosen based on war stats and activity. Future members will be chosen by Elite members themselves considering their activity, their war/train results, the way they use Ventrilo and their ability to apply basic tactics in wars. When a player will be considered as available to join elite, he ll be given a tryout in few wars played by elite team.

We will do our best to schedule regular trainings Elite vs Soldiers so it will help pretendants to join Elite by showing what they are capable of in war conditions.

Elite members are welcome to keep playing with Soldiers to teach them fundamentals of this game and also to detect who could pretend to join Elite team. Soldiers aren't allowed to play for Elite team unless they got invited by Elite members.

Elite members are given level 3 on site so they can access Elite forum and add war results. Only elite members are allowed to play in official competitions (ClanBase, ESL, etc). For pcw (scrims) only elite members are allowed to play vs medium/high clans.

We recommend to every1 who want to join Elite to do his best to be active and improve his level playing on public servers, trainings and pcw vs low clans.

About Ventrilo :

You are not allowed to play wars anymore if you dont use Ventrilo with a micro.

This is the release of the v1.5 Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare™ patch by Infinity Ward.

CHANGES:

* Fixed server browser not showing all of the servers
* The "hold [ ] to steady" sniper scope hint will only appear if you can use it
* Fixed game not recognizing IWDs existing if they are all in fs_basepath and none are in the main/ folder
* Made mod scripts able to change stats
* Allow developer_script for mulitiplayer modding
* Fixed map rotation errors with usermaps
* Fix for reloading several times after connecting to a modded server
* Fixed minimap not showing up in the menu for usermaps
* Fixed an issue with Http redirect downloads.
* Mod tools will now work with other languages


NOTE: patch 1.5 is not compatible with 1.4. You will not be able to find 1.4 servers if you update.

NOTE: Please ensure you have previously downloaded 1.4 patch before downloading 1.5 as you will need the 'Winter Crash' map from 1.4.

Jori (Rei) used to host an homemade ventrilo for wars so I decided to set it up on our dedicated server, this way it gona be 24/7 online.

Server adress : server.snb-clan.net
Port : 3784

You will find password in our forums.

Even if you dont have a micro you still can connect to hear your mates talking, it gona help in wars.

GET VENTRILO, PEOPLE WITH VENT. HAVE HIGHER PRIORITY TO PLAY WARS.
